Poster “WE(‘LL)COME HOME” questions the term HOME which changes its meaning during last years due to huge migrations and The European Migrant Crisis.

The main focus on the poster is red house behind which is the beginning of the Sunset. The poster leaves strong sense of the symmetrical balance.

Leading line starts from left end of the poster and ends at the bottom of the house, which leads viewer to focus on the house and the Sun behind it. The Sun is largest element of the composition and thereby house gets increased attention. Above the Line is written “IMMIGRATION” which together with line leaves impression of movement and going into the house.

The second house is reflected, and the door is left out. Now the house is an Arrow. The leading line at the bottom of the house leads viewers eye to the right end of the poster. Now, the viewer gets the feeling of leaving the house. Below this line is written “EMIGRATION”.
This reflected house, or an arrow, is superposed upon parallel lines. They represent sunset reflection and lead viewer to the word “WELCOME HOME” which is placed below the last line.
